I’ve been involved with fitness for over thirty years.

I fell in love with fitness 30 years ago.

At the age of 40 I decided to turn it into a career. I’ve worked with both people who want to improve their fitness, and with a wide range of sportspeople.

At 55 I lost mobility through a spinal injury. It took me five years to regain it during which time I felt helpless and vulnerable. Doing specific work on mobility and balance changed my outlook on fitness training.

I now focus more on the person in the everyday environment. I am also committed to maximising enjoyment in training.
