I’ve been involved with fitness for over thirty years.
Prior to that, I worked in the film industry and was something of a party girl. So I’m far from having been the sporty type all my life. (I hated sport in school).
I’ve experimented with myself and been a test subject for others.
I’ve been a personal trainer, a competition bodybuilder, a gym manager, and a group exercise instructor for seniors. I’ve been lucky enough to have been mentored and trained by some of the best people in the country.
The results from my self-experimentation and experience are what I teach to others. I know what works and I know how to do it effectively and safely.
