So, how’s it work?
I use weight training and weight training techniques designed to maximise mobility and strength and minimise joint and muscle injuries incurred during normal day to day activity.
Practical skills for daily life
As well keeping people moving, I do a lot of work on balance – a skill that can be learned and maintained. This, along with agility, is the core of our class warmup. The net benefit is increased kinaesthetic awareness – an improvement in the way people navigate the space around them.
