Super Seniors – A slightly more challenging class for those who already have a bit of strength, stamina, or fitness.

Most participants are in their 60s, 70s, and 80s, and we even have a few wonderful regulars in their 90s. The focus is always on safety, encouragement, and moving at your own pace—no pressure, no judgment.
